Welcome to Kempston Rugby Club. Established at Hammers Sports and Social Club in 1922 and part of Kempston for over 100 years, we are a social, fun and family-oriented club where our team motto is #saturdaysforfun.

In recent years we have won the league, the cup, 7s tournaments and touch league and continue to grow as a club.
We welcome players of all abilities and have new starters and international players at the centre of the club. Whether you are new to the game, returning after some time away or just looking for a new challenge, we are the club for you!
